MISSION STATEMENT
The Madison Properties Group mission is to acquire and manage residential apartment buildings and complexes with 50 to 400 units, in emerging real estate markets in the US. Our aim is to purchase properties, add value through momentum plays, repositioning and/or light to moderate rehabilitation, in order to obtain positive cash flow and appreciation, adhering to the criteria set forth by our group.
The Madison Properties Group consists of professional real estate investor/members with over 100 years of collective real estate investing experience, and with diverse professional backgrounds in real estate, development, approvals, acquisition, managing, financing, accounting, law, and engineering. Our group has extensive real estate investing knowledge in commercial and residential properties, using buy/hold, development, rehabilitation, and sell strategies for single-family homes to large commercial properties.
The Madison Properties Group researches emerging markets, analyzes properties, makes offers, performs all due diligence, and secures financing. Each property is acquired in a Limited Liability Company. The Group also offers interests to a limited number of accredited and qualified Madison Properties investor clients for annual return and a percentage of interest secured by real estate and equity partnerships.
